DBO Monitoring Face Mask Compliance
On July 2nd the Department of Business Oversight (DBO) sent out a reminder that face coverings (masks) are required to be worn by anyone entering a place of business. Guidelines have been set out by the California Department of Public Health. This is in accordance with Governor Gavin Newsom’s directive that made face masks mandatory for the whole state in most public places. Unless you meet one of the exemptions you must be wearing a mask to enter banks, credit unions, and other places of business. The DBO will be monitoring that this requirement of wearing a mask is being enforced.
